Reservations Policy

BOOKING and DEPOSIT POLICIES:

Wedding reservations are made in the order in which they are confirmed. Upon confirmation of TDW service/site availability with our Wedding Coordinator, a non-refundable retaining deposit of $300.00 for ceremony and $100 for reception if applicable is required to secure reservation on a definite basis. Your deposit will be applied as starting credit to your account. The balance of your agreed upon Proposal Plan will be due and must be received by TDW no later than 14 prior to ceremony date. Some support services may require additional deposits to hold their services and if so we will advise of this.

If booking is made within 14 day of wedding date, full payment by credit card or Auto transfer is required to secure reservation process. For booking within 7 days of event, additional service fees may apply depending on availability of services and request tasks. This will be accessed and determined by TDW's wedding director and applied to proposal.

TERMS & PROCEDURES: The consultant will work directly with the support services assigned to your program as a representative to assure that the client's needs are met in a professional and timely manner. It's the consultant's duty by using standard business practices to assure that supports services referred to our client(s) are reputable/reliable. The client acknowledges that all support services assigned are independent contractors and are responsible for their own business practices. If a support service cannot perform, or changes indicate the need, the consultant under this agreement will make an effort to find a satisfactory substitute as directed by the clients or in the consultant's best judgment. Tropical Dream Wedding will not be held liable for any breach of agreed proposal plan by the client, support services or any agreement between client and support services or for non-compliance caused by acts of God, failure of transportation or equipment or by similar nature beyond reasonable control. Tropical Dream Wedding reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproduction for display, publication, or other purposes.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: Payment may be made in the form of cashiers check, money order, travelers check or personal check and Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

CONFIRMATION: We will send you a confirmation, along with your deposit receipt when all arrangements have been secured. A final outline of your wedding plan will be sent to you with all the necessary instructions and directions along with the remaining balance invoice in a timely manner prior to your departure from home.

RATES: All Custom Wedding plans and all Reception events are subject to a 20% service fee on net sub total. Starter package plans are subject to a 10% additional service fee on added enhancements. This will be stated in your proposal plan estimate. All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are subject to Hawaii state tax (4.167%). All pre-designed wedding packages are subject to additional service fees if you have additional guests and other requests beyond our standard package structure. This will be advised to you if it applies.

CHANGES: Any additional amenities may be ordered up to 48 hours before wedding date. An additional fee may be charged for changes within 48 hours of event. All additional services depend on availability of service requested.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Wedding plan agreement may be canceled by either party in writing for any reason. If cancellation occurs once the agreement is signed, refunds are limited to unearned fees; funds in excess of unused or non-refundable fees and out of pocket expense. Client shall pay any fees for returned checks
